For more than 40 years, our parent company has operated one of North America’s most respected family-owned travel businesses, serving corporate accounts, luxury leisure clients, and a national network of independent advisors. Every shift, every escalation, every quirk of GDS workflow and ARC compliance taught us something. Talent Logistics 365 is the distillation of that experience – packaged as a service for travel agencies, TMCs, and host networks who need the same caliber of support without building it from scratch.

Why we exist

Travel agencies and TMCs are being squeezed from both sides. Traveler expectations have moved to 24/7, instant, mobile-first service. At the same time, experienced travel professionals are harder to recruit, harder to retain, and more expensive than ever. Most agencies cannot economically staff overnight desks, weekend coverage, or specialty functions like ARC reconciliation and VIP ticketing on their own.

That gap is what we close. Talent Logistics 365 gives agencies access to senior, travel-trained advisors and back-office specialists who operate as a true extension of the in-house team; not an offshore call center reading from a script.

We come from the agency side of the desk.

Our leadership has run TMCs, managed luxury host networks, and built proprietary travel technology. When an agency owner explains a problem to us, we don't need a glossary. We've lived it.
